		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I agree that this volume is more interesting than the first. I&#8217;m pleased that folks will discover that sake is not the simple thing they thought is was. I also like that they deal with other beverages such as shôchû and awamori.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t drink much but sake is a part of my monthly gatherings with friends, we usually go through a 1.5 ml bottle.</p>
