		<description>If the non-PC nature of the title didn&#039;t agree wih all readers, that I understand, but Koike isn&#039;t a civil rights leader. He&#039;s an entertainer for mature readers, and I think he succeeds here.</description>

I&#039;m an American reader looking at this text in 2008, and the unsophisticated handling of racial issues pulled me out of the story over and over again.</description>
